Build your server in minutes
Choose where you want your IP to be. We prepare the instructions. Your own AI assistant does the work.
Paste this into your AI assistant that has access to your AWS account — it will build your server and give you a code to load in the Ovandro app.
Choose a country and a city to enable copying.
A VPN that is only yours
Most VPNs put you on servers shared with strangers. Ovandro does the opposite: the server is yours, so everything about it is too.
A private IP that is yours alone
Your server has its own IP address. It is never shared with other people, so you are not tied to strangers' behaviour.
No logs by design
Your traffic goes from your device straight to your own server. It never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to log.
You own it
Start, stop or delete your server any time. Nobody can switch you off.
Everything you need, nothing you do not
One app on Android and Windows, with the tools that matter for a private connection.
Kill switch
Blocks the internet if the VPN connection drops, so nothing leaks.
Split tunnel
Choose which apps and which IP addresses use the VPN and which go direct.
Easy server import
Add a server by pasting a code, loading a config file or scanning a QR code.
Live speed and session stats
Watch download, upload, ping and session time while you are connected.
Usage history
See how much data you used and which sites and locations used the most.
Built-in self-test
Run diagnostics on your tunnel and share the report when you need help.
10 ways to connect
Pick the protocol that suits your network. If you are not sure, leave it on Secure TLS or Auto.
Secure TLS is ShadowTLS, and it is the default for the servers you build with Ovandro.
35 locations worldwide
Pick a city and build your server there.
Every location is available — a location unlocks in the app when you create your server there.
One plan. No catch.
- Android and Windows apps
- All 35 locations
- All 10 protocols
- Updates included
Ovandro sells nothing and runs no servers. The only cost you can have is your own small AWS server. Many setups fall under the AWS free tier or credits. Otherwise the typical cost is only a few dollars a month, depending on the region.

Short guides, full answers
Load a setup code in the app
- Copy the setup code your AI assistant gave you. It starts with ovandro://.
- Open Ovandro VPN and go to Servers.
- Paste the code in the add server box and tap Import server, or use import from clipboard, a config file or a QR scan.
- Your new location unlocks. Select it and tap connect.
What is an ovandro:// code?
It is a setup code. After ovandro:// comes an encoded block with your server details: its name, address, port, protocol and passwords.
The app reads it on your device and adds your server. Because it contains your passwords, keep it private and do not post it publicly.
Stop or delete your AWS server
- Sign in to the AWS console and switch to the region you built in.
- Open EC2, then Instances, and select the instance named Ovandro-plus your city.
- To pause it, choose Instance state, then Stop. If you start it again later, its public IP may change, so ask your AI assistant for a fresh setup code.
- To remove it for good, choose Terminate. You can also delete its key pair and security group in EC2.
Connection problem? Run the app's Self-Test
- Open the app and go to the self test (Tools on Android, Self test on Windows).
- Tap Run self test and read each result.
- Check in the AWS console that your instance is running in the right region.
- Still stuck? Tap Share report and send it to our support email below.
Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. The app is free and stays free. The only cost you can have is your own AWS server. Many setups fall under the AWS free tier or credits, and otherwise it is typically a few dollars a month.
Why do I need my own server?
Because that is what keeps your IP private and your traffic out of our hands. Ovandro runs no servers, so your own is the only one your traffic uses.
Can Ovandro see my traffic?
No. Your traffic goes from your device to your own server directly. The app only fetches a small status and update file from this website.
Can I use more than one location?
Yes. You build one server per location, and each one unlocks that location in the app.
What does the app need my AWS account for?
Nothing. The app never asks for your AWS account. That stays between you and your AI assistant.
How do updates work?
The app checks this website for new versions and offers a one-tap update when one is ready.
Which platforms are supported?
Android and Windows.
